Job Responsibilities

  • Providing sales channels with end-to-end processing of applications, that involves quality checking submission, and updating internal systems with key data throughout the processing life cycle that is closely managed to ensure SLA are achieved.
  • Resolves issues and questions related to application paperwork and the account set up process
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines
  • Performing electronic checks on client to identify and verify client identity
  • Makes independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organising and scheduling of work and being the point of contact between Sales and other departments
  • Complete data entry in an accurate and timely manner using Internal Systems
  • Ensuring internal databases are maintained with current and up to date information throughout the boarding process
  • Co-ordinate & print off daily reports to complete client boarding
  • Engaging with other departments and 3rd party companies to ensure swift boarding
  • Management of email mailboxes
  • Answering inbound calls from introducers, clients and internal departments meeting KPI’s
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer records using the in-house system
  • Candidate will need to demonstrate

  • Be self-motivated; someone who works on their own initiative to self-managed deadlines and supports colleagues in their work
  • Strong ability to analyse information, and make informed judgements
  • Good interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and use of MS office
  • Experience in an administrative role and knowledge of a sales environment
  • Excellent telephone handling skills with the ability to communicate clearly and definitively at all levels
