Applications are invited for the post of Administrator, Data Input Bureau within Criminal Justice Services Division based at Dundee.

You will be educated to GCSE or SVQ2 level (or equivalent) with proven administrative experience. Where no formal qualifications exist, relevant administrative experience is essential.

As part of a team, input, interrogate and delete records associated with Police Scotland UNIFI Applications, CHS / PNC, FOCUS and Crime Management Systems and all and any other Police system required to ensure crime reports, criminal history systems and any other data is recorded in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.

Instruct and advise police officers and police staff in the correct procedures for crime recording. Create and update records in relation to a sickness absence recording system.
