The Sr. Program Manager, Aviation Checkpoint Programs, reports directly to the SDI VP of Program Management. The Sr. Program Manager has authority and responsibility within the SDI organization to establish and manage a program team made up of personnel from SDI functional organizations (Executive team, Sales, Contract Management, Technology Engineering / Project and Product Management, Quality Assurance, ILS / Field Services, Operations / Manufacturing, and Finance / Accounting) to execute customer programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performs as direct interface for Customer personnel relative to execution of new and existing contracts / orders and management of any customer issues.
Proactively communicates risk and mitigation plans to SDI internal and customer stakeholders. Escalates problem issues to SDI stakeholder leadership if required to obtain resolution.
