Responsible for Key Credit Risk Management activities as undertaken by FITTLE Risk and Xerox;
Focus on third party and mid / large value transactions albeit expected to be involved in all areas of the business from a Risk management point of view as workloads demand;
Focus on UK and French business with support for all XE Countries as required;
Core responsibilities of the role :
Responsible for middle ticket business with primary focus for Channel and Third Party introduced business;
Ensuring key metrics are maintained and / or highlighting where metric expectations require adjustment or consideration;
Working with UK & French Risk Teams to manage supplier Risk through accurate and timely analysis of vendor relationships and documentation - primary focus on Third Party and associated Portfolio Management;
Working with UK & French Risk Teams (and other XE Risk teams as required) to manage onboarding of new Third Party relationships;
Working with UK and French CRO’s to contribute to overall Portfolio Management and analysis;
Working with XE Risk to develop Anti-Fraud policies and guidelines;
Working collaboratively with all XE Risk Colleagues including the Sofia Risk Team including assisting in training as required both formal and ad-hoc;
Assisting as required in XE Recovery activities and discussions;
The job holder will not have any budgetary responsibilities;
Key internal relationships include; All XE and Global Risk Colleagues and Senior Risk Management, Operations, OTC and Customer Services, Finance Directors / Controllers, line of business heads and other FITTLE and Xerox colleagues;
External business relationships via business partners, Third party introducers and Xerox distributors and partners;
Other requirements :
Strong Industry & third party funding knowledge;
Strong Risk Analysis skills with min 5 years of experience holding an underwriting delegation;
Experience in working with small SME’s to large Corporates;
French & English language skills;
Ability to work remotely and independently while being part of a team;
Ideally qualified to Degree level and / or hold significant on-the-job experience;

Supports annual goals & objectives of the UK, French & XE Risk department, as cascaded by UK and French CROs from time to time.
