Vacancy Description :
The Head of Catering & Hospitality is a senior post within the Estates and Facilities Directorate and will report to the Assistant Director of Facilities Management.
The post holder is responsible overall for the management of the sites restaurant outlets and hospitality service, leading and developing a large internal team in the delivery of excellent customer service to students, staff and guests
About you :
The successful candidate should hold a professional catering qualification such as a Degree, HND, BTEC or City & Guilds in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Food Service / Production Management or equivalent, as well as holding an Alcohol License, with experience in a multi-site environment, managing catering and hospitality services, planning and executing multiple events over various sites simultaneously.
The right candidate will have experience in developing business strategies, fostering long term profitable relationships and providing direction and expertise.
