Relay relevant information / insights to appropriate cross-functional teams and workstreams including implications. Make recommendations as required.
Partner with key internal stakeholders to identify actionable insights.Utilize insights to inform strategic engagement with evolving key stakeholders.
Provide advice, support, and guidance and serve as a mentor to colleagues and work stream leads as needed.
Lead and Participate in project related workshops.

Experience developing and contributing to delivery of broad global strategies related to evolving key influencers.
Ability to command the room and has effectively led and implemented complex projects.
Ability to effectively relay relevant information / insight to appropriate global cross-functional teams including implications and make recommendations based on experience and current state.
Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and overarching understanding of costing models.
Ability to successfully lead and manage multiple projects.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers.
Creative, innovative thinker with strong strategic mindset and understanding of business and customer needs.
Possess superior communication skills (both oral and written), above average analytical skills, sound presentation skills, and be able to engender trust and respect of peers, global teams, and leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business Management or other related discipline and with extensive work-related experience
1-3 years of relevant strategic development and / or implementation of stakeholder / customer engagement strategies required.
Experience in leading projects through various methodologies required.
Lean Six Sigma experience is highly beneficial (or should have willingness to learn).
Pharmaceutical / Clinical Research experienced is highly beneficial
