Sodexo acts as the integrator of a number of property related services to its client. We have recently stepped in to manage compliance of lifts and new role needed to be created to provide support to lift compliance co-ordination process
This role will own the end to end process supporting the updating VX work orders for insurance inspection completed by BES working between BES e-
platform and VX changing status of work orders, adding log notes, attaching insurance certificates; role will also require update of VX for Thyssen Krupp work orders
This is a key role supporting Sodexo’s client, to provide additional capacity within the Sodexo H&S team.
The role will require judgement to resolve issues on a case by case basis, working collaboratively with Sodexo’s client’s staff.
Maintaining and updating master data.
Providing other administrative support as required.
