Accommodation Manager Isle of Wight - £25,000+Benefits
We are recruiting for passionate and dedicated Accommodation Manager to work within a busy Holiday Park based on the Ilse of Wight.
This Holiday group has been recognised as one of the fastest growing businesses in the Holiday Park industry and have a number of great venues within the UK, this site has been recently redeveloped and are looking for a great Accommodation manager to lead the Housekeeping team deliver the highest levels of presentation and cleanliness.
You will be responsible for -
Leading the Housekeeping Supervisors and housekeeping team (circa 20 staff) to deliver exceptional park standards
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and presentation in guest accommodation
To supervise the smooth and efficient operation of all housekeeping activities over 220 homes
Ensure key management duties such as payroll, recruitment and training all managed
To ensure a smooth operation of the linen
To liaise regularly with the Maintenance Department about accommodation maintenance.
Working with senior management to help improve the park and adopt the best practices
Working to a deadline to achieve all the cleans required, but still ensuring the standards are upheld
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
Previous experience within an accommodation department within a high-volume hospitality business
Experience managing teams
Ability to work under pressure and communicate well.
Customer focused with a Friendly helpful attitude
Attention to detail even little ones and high standards
