At the heart of Savanta is a brilliant Research Operations function, where we currently have an opening for an experienced research operations specialist with good technical ability and project management skills to join the team.

About the Role

As a Consultant in this talented team, you'll be primarily responsible for fast turnaround, high quality data delivery. You'll take full ownership of high complexity projects, with accountability for end-to-end delivery of high quality research data collection.

More specifically, your role will involve :

  • Taking a consultative approach with clients while setting up projects;
  • Managing fieldwork progress of multiple concurrent online market research projects;
  • Utilising bespoke technology to script surveys and visualise data outputs;
  • Managing project timelines, budgets and costs while maintaining high project volume;
  • Managing client relationships with a focus on providing excellent service;
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings as and when required;
  • Mentoring new joiners and contributing to skill-sharing sessions.

    With exposure to all core functions in a fast-paced, growing business, this role is ideally suited to someone with existing expertise in market research operations who is looking to expand their skill set and advance their career at pace.

    The successful applicant will also demonstrate :

  • 3+ years’ experience in online quantitative market research;
  • A proven track record of growing client accounts while maintaining existing client relationships;
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable with taking full responsibility for research projects;
  • Good knowledge of Quant research, specifically around fieldwork, scripting and sampling;
  • Strong communication skills confidence speaking with people at all levels (i.e. internal and external clients, technical and non-technical, junior and senior);
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to adapt and remain focused in an evolving, fast paced environment;
  • High level of attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
