Working alongside the transformation team and across all business functions, the Transformation Delivery Lead will be accountable for delivering pre-
identified improvement opportunities into £ savings or growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, the newly created role will help provide structure and rigour to the overall project and delivery management of our programmes, managing cross-
functional stakeholders to deliver in line with plans and helping to make sure nothing falls down the cracks .
The ideal candidate will be an objective and organised individual and a serial i-dotter and t-crosser, who can communicate well both verbally and written with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate will get satisfaction from delivery happening and things being put into place, rather than from the analysis and solving of a problem : this is a distinguishing factor between the transformation consultants we currently have in the team and this role.
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and agile in their application of knowledge to ensure their output is fit for purpose and eliminates bureaucracy without losing control.
Once in place, role scope of the Transformation Delivery Lead may expand to include capex project support and delivery of small change initiatives.
The role could lead to options in the following areas :
oBeing a senior PM leading the delivery of projects, but not being the brainpower behind them, across our business from logistics through to buying!
oGrowing the central change management team to deliver more of the same with wider reach

Preferable Experiences and Qualifications
Experience in a transformation / change / consulting project environment (i.e. PM role in our type of work)
Application of structured PM ways of working in fluid / fast changing situations (i.e. not just PMing somewhere that is already very structured for PM)
Rock solid at the basics (Excel, Word, PPT, Project etc.)
Some form of toolset that we can use : APM / PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Lean doesn’t have to be a certification, but a grounding in one or more structures
