This all fresh restaurant seats 85 and you will be working in a team of 6.
You'll be working with the team to produce a wide range of bakery products in a quick service restaurant, including :
Other baked savouries such as croque-monsieur
Patisserie cakes and tarts
Starting at 5 : 00am working straight shifts 5 days over 7.
To work under the Head Chef in a leadership role within our bakery kitchen
To maintain excellent technical baking standards.
To be able to work under pressure
To assist with menu development to bring new ideas to the table.
Our ideal chef will be fully qualified Patisserie with a steady background.
Demonstrate genuine dedication and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
Immaculate personal presentation with professional and welcoming personality
