Regional - Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for all of the above Assistant Product Manager’s Roles & Responsibilities. Be the category leader, the go to person for sales team, partners and customers.

You will drive category performance and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle from product introduction to EOL. You will work closely with Sales teams across responsible region and identify the opportunities and convert them to revenue.

  • Develop, Communicate, and Execute Product, Channel, and Go-to-Market strategies. Responsible for assigned product category P&L including pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with the regional sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue. Lead and drive product category strategies in customers / partners meetings to ensure most optimized business solutions offered based on customer needs.

  • Manage / maintain up to date financial models for responsible categories & pricing structure to enhance and optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Responsible for maintaining regional product road map based on market requirements and needs. Monitor categories performance and flag issues to be resolved and make recommendations on how to drive incremental revenues.
  • Collect & summarize market insights, market share reports, any available market reports and use this analysis to provide recommended actions to the sales leadership.
  • Understand competitor’s roadmaps and strategies to position Belkin products effective against them, identify any gaps and opportunities to be exploit.

  • Drive the introduction process of new products and ensure to provide best in class product launch materials. Ensure they are listed on time, at the right price and in the best possible distribution to drive sales.
  • Manage complete product life cycle of the assigned products (including product portfolio optimization), from introduction to end of life and work closely with Planning team to maintain healthy inventory levels of warehouse stocks.

  • Identify and recommend new product concepts through closely monitor industry trend, competitive landscape and opportunities to drive growth for your given product categories and provide regular feedback to the Global PM to create effective Product Value Propositions.
  • Responsible for ensuring the product value proposition translate product features and benefits into crisp, fact-based and compelling value propositions and work with Channel Marketing team to ensure it translates and executed into marketing messages.
  • Take the lead on monthly / bi-weekly NPI meetings to provide regular product updates to the sales, marketing, other cross functional teams and also to management team.
  • Support the Sr. Product Manager / Head of Product Management in implementing key processes which will drive more business or create more efficiencies.
  • Be the principle point of contact and own the relationship with Global PM team. Responsible to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to present meaningful information to Global Product Management’s executives.
  • Perform other duties if needed based on business needs.
