The Outlet Merchandising Team plays a pivotal part in putting our consumers first. The team are right at the heart of the action helping our business realise its commercial potential.
They are one of the key driving forces behind making sure our fabulous products are in the right place, at just the right time, giving our customers exactly what they want.
About the role
It's a big job, but an incredibly exciting, varied and challenging one. You’ll be instrumental in putting together robust sales plans in order to meet the budgets.
You will work closely with the outlet buyer supporting with range and sales analysis in order to put together seasonal ranges and plan in-season trading activity in line with the trading calendar.
You will also lead and support a small merchandising team to ensure right product at the right time and in the right places to meet the consumer needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to build a variety of relationships across the region and the wider business.
So, what do you need to bring? A strong understanding of merchandising. You’ll have good GCSE’s. You’ll need to be adaptable, approachable, not to mention quick to pick things up and understand how we work.
With a keen eye for detail, it’s important that you have a head for figures so you are able to identify numeric trends and are comfortable using MS Excel.
You’ll also demonstrate good analytical skills, a flair for commercial acumen and an unwavering customer focus. Like everyone here at Clarks, you’re dedicated and driven, committed to be the best you can be.
