Court Custody ManagerCentral Crimincal Court - EC4M 7EHFull time, permanent.£29,772.30 PA + Benefits Prisoner Escorting and Court Services Court Custody Manager The Court Custody Manager leads a team of Prisoner Custody Officers and is supported by a Deputy Court Custody Manager, the role is to motivate, and engage the team members and ensure that those in our care are held safely, securely and always treated with dignity and by doing so contribute to the smooth running of the Court.
To succeed as a CCM you will need to possess the ability to maintain your professionalism and composure in a variety of situations.
This role is the first point of contact for our stakeholders, which includes Judges, legal clerks, and barristers so you must be able to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
We are looking for a skilled people manager who has experience in working with in challenging and complex environments where adherence to policy and procedure is vital.
What we can offer you : You will receive full training in the requirements of the role, which will commence with 5 weeks Initial training and will be followed by on the job coaching and compulsory attendance at the Serco People Management Programme.

The role is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders Act 1974 and all offers of employment are subject to security screening and approval by the MOJ About us : The PECS contract makes a critical contribution to the Criminal Justice System by providing all court custody and escorting services across four regions and seven areas of England.
The provision of the PECS contract is to ensure the safe and secure transport of detained persons between courts and custodial establishments.
