The Role :
Lead a team of Import Data Analysts to ensure the completion of workload to the required deadlines and feed directly into the team workload 50% of the time.
Ensure that the team understand and meet service and compliance standards in order to ensure the company remains compliant with current customs regulations.
Develop the team by conducting monthly 1 : 1’s and annual appraisals as well as monitoring / assessing their progress through Competency Standards.
Manage a small portfolio of projects.
The main point of contact for multiple internal & external stakeholders resolving and managing all questions and queries in a timely manner.
Ensuring data integrity when dealing with requests from stakeholders, ensuring communications are clear and tailored depending on the request.
Issuing of clearance instructions to third parties in line with customs requirement.
Ability to problem solve and re-act quickly under pressure.
To report and improve productivity, through effective training and multi-skilling of analysts.
Frequent reviews of current processes to bring business improvement and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
Management and ownership of the business’ Duty Management system.
Day to Day : THE DEPARTMENT
The Customer Services Centre manages all retail and online related customer contacts for the Arcadia Brands. The Centre also provides support functions for stores and other areas of the business including Supply Chain.
We are looking to recruit a Management information Team Leader for the Supply Chain Support department at Arcadia. They would be responsible for leading a team of Import Data Analyst’s.
The successful candidate will review current processes as well as designing and implementing new procedures, and overseeing the implementation of these.
Report into the Supply Chain Support Manager with full accountability for the work completed by your team.
Must Haves : SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of supply chain / logistics / international trade.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Confidence and credibility ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
Takes a proactive approach with an ability to work unsupervised on ad hoc projects.
Team player ability to network effectively.
Proven track record of delivering work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to balance business needs against customer expectations.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Awareness of current customs regulations and processes.
