Can you fix it? This is not a drill Linc Cymru are recruiting now!

Fixing attics to basements and everything in-between.

£24,960.00 per annum

The opportunity :

  • As a Multi Skilled Operative (that’s official for handyperson), you will replace taps and handrails, paint and decorate, change lightbulbs, put furniture together and carry out any minor repairs at our Abbeyfield schemes the list goes on! It is a varied role;
  • no two days will be the same. All Abbeyfield Wales sites will be covered from Llanfairfechan to Ruthin, so expect some travel (we’ll provide the van and cover petrol costs).

    What we need from you :

  • Great communication skills you’ll be working closely with service managers, contractors, House Managers and our tenants; they love to chat!
  • Multi trade experience ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in carpentry, tiling, plastering, plumbing and painting.
  • Driver’s licence we’ll provide the van, so you will need a driving licence to get around.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety procedures getting the job done safely is key.
