We are opening a brand new Dealership in Aberdeen and are looking for a General Manager to join us. The successful candidate will support in setting up our new temporary facility opening in August 2022 while building work is underway at our new permanent site.

You will inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow and develop the business within the defined region and maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures.

You'll increase managements effectiveness by training, coaching and counselling site managers and colleagues whilst communicating values, strategies, and purpose.
