Purpose of the Role

  • Aesop seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee our Lamb's Conduit Street store. The successful applicant will have flexible availability;
  • this is a full time position.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a store manager role, or an exciting new challenge for an existing manger.

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a team, building the store's clientele and operating the store at excellence level.

    The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence, passion and élan.

    To be successful, you will have :

  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail
  • The confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledge
  • A willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniques
  • A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Commercial acumen
  • Deep affinity of the Aesop brand and its values
  • Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customers
  • Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
