A brilliant practice based in the city of London is looking for a friendly Communications & Bid Coordinator to join the team.

The company you’ll be joining have created some of the world’s best buildings and are one of the leading in the design industry.

The Role

Having a background in architecture, design, marketing or communications would be ideal, as the main duties of the role will be to prepare the bids, including fee proposals & project specific-

writing. The ideal candidate should have a pro-active attitude and be able to work autonomously and be able to collaborate well with the team when needed.

Assistance with assessing any new potential projects and competitions or awards will be another duty within the role. Managing the CRM database and research activities.

Content writing skills would work well as you will be assisting with the social media platforms, writing scheduling & posting the content.

Excellent communication skills are a must.

Software and Knowledge

Skills in InDesign would be desired.
