We're successful because we have a smart, agile & connected team. The Team The Conversion & Analytics team at Adapt provides consultative services to help clients understand & improve their websites.

We are Certified Google Marketing Platform Partners & our recent work has resulted in several RAR Award wins. Through a combination of digging around in Analytics data, researching user behavior & then applying our experience, we provide Clients with robust recommendations for website changes.

Our core objective is to improve the performance of the Clients’ websites so their investment in advertising budgets becomes more effective.

The Role As a Client Planning Manager on the Conversion & Analytics (C&A) team, your role is to identify new client projects and develop existing client relationships.

You will be the first point of contact for C&A new business enquiries, from which you’ll scope the requirement and work with the rest of the team to turn the enquiry into a client.

Additionally, you will seek all opportunities to grow existing client accounts by building relationships with stakeholders across the agency and with multiple client contacts.

You will take the lead with onboarding workshops, which are a proven mechanism we use to immerse ourselves in client businesses.

There is also a project management part to the role; helping manage larger projects within the team, ensuring priorities are established and deadlines are hit.

As part of a collaborative team, we will provide you with support and training to build up a wealth of Conversion & Analytics knowledge.

Beyond this you will seek other areas in the business where you can add value, help other team members, and improve results for clients.

The Candidate We’re looking for someone who can bring experience from a relevant area of Digital Marketing. For example, if you haven’t got much conversion optimisation experience, we’d like you to demonstrate a love of websites, analytics, UX or something similar.

We're looking for a people-person who's tenacious, organised, confident, self-reliant and has an interest in websites and digital marketing.

Ideally, you'll enjoy digging around in data and have your own thoughts about what makes a great website. Must haves :

  • Aptitude for dealing with clients & other key stakeholders.
  • Experience in a relevant area of digital marketing.
  • Commercial / new business perspective.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Eye for document / presentation writing.
  • Organised and effective at managing projects. Nice to have : Existing experience, or a willingness to learn the following :
  • A / B testing tools.
  • Uncovering insights from data.
  • Producing wireframes.
  • Conducting user tests / research.
  • Other optimisation tools (e.g. HotJar, GetSiteControl, Formissimo, etc.). Typical Responsibilities :
  • Managing new business enquiries.
  • Project management of larger C&A team projects.
  • Running onboarding / KPI / chemistry workshops.
  • Liaising with & reporting to clients.
  • Progress discussions of our services within the wider Welocalize group.
  • Supporting the team with website reviews.
  • Examining Google Analytics reports.
  • Working with the sales & marketing team to help sell our services.
  • Writing relevant blog posts.
