Do you want to be part of a team providing care and support to individuals living in our Residential & Extra Care adult services?
We are looking for Support Workers to join our team Community Resource Centre, in Twerton, Bath.
Cleeve Court is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Twerton, Bath. It has 2 floors which are registered to provide care and support for 45 residents needing residential and dementia care.
The successful applicants will support the residents with some or all aspects of daily living, including personal care, activities and maintaining contact with family and friends when required.
You will help with planning and organising activities for residents, helping residents to maintain personal hygiene and assist residents and their families in the provision of care during illness and at end of life.
We are very flexible and offer a variety of shift patterns which include a mixture of 8-2pm, 8-3pm, 3-10pm, 4-9pm. All staff work every other weekend - early and late.
We are looking to fill between 18-25 hours per week - about 3 shifts per week.
Cleeve Court is classified as a Dementia Care Matters Butterfly Service® home which has achieved Level 4 on the Qualitative Observational audit.

Pay Rates :
Weekday Rate : Up to £9.10 per hour (dependent on age & experience)
Enhanced Rate (Weekends, Nights & Bank Holidays) : Up to £13.65 per hour (dependent on age & experience)
