Drafting, reviewing and preparing documentation
Proof reading documents
Working with legal technology tools
E-Discovery, reviewing documents for privilege
Liaising closely with DR Partners', clients and third parties in both written and verbal format
Attending team meetings and providing effective input as required
Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements
Assist with trial preparation, including the preparation of trial bundles
Legal research and other investigative tasks
Providing essential legal and administrative support to the team
Key Skills & Experience
6 months experience of working as a Paralegal / Legal Professional is preferable
Strong educational background and law degree preferable with a minimum grade of 2 : 1
Experience of working in a document review team and a solid understanding of privilege is preferable
Experience handling a varied and busy workload
Excellent research and analytical skills
Commercial understanding allowing you to foresee upcoming needs and act proactively
Ability to work methodically and at pace, even when time pressured
Reliable and professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills
