Future Step Education is currently offering a comprehensive training package and careers support in obtaining employment in the FE sector.
You will complete a development programme that will see you fully qualified as a teacher and assessor where you will complete the following study programmes :
You will then receive dedicated personal support in obtaining employment. Your careers advisor will source and arrange interviews and explore general work opportunities for you, helping you to make decisions all the way until your first day in your new role.
You will be required to complete a teaching placement which you can either arrange yourself or we can arrange this for you.
