The Role

  • Helping drive the New Business team with selling the Retain resource planning solution predominantly to the professional services sector.
  • Identification of sales opportunities and steering them from initial contact to close.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales who will give you real autonomy on how you approach the role.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives to generate new business.
  • Predominant focus on deal sizes of £250k plus.
  • Accelerate tiered commission structure in place with scope to double basic salary through OTE.

    What’s in it for you? The Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years experience in software sales.
  • Knowledge of the ERP / resource planning industry and / or the professional sector is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for sales meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, ideally busin applications gained within a major software vendor.
  • Preferred, experience selling to the professional services sector
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred.
