We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individualto join our highly successful sales team as a ConnectedServices Sales Consultant , who will specialise in the connected services sector.
As our salesconsultant, you will be winning, and developing new business, whilst continuingto nurture our existing clientele portfolio, and to drive a Digital ConnectedService.
You’ll specialise in built infacility services, which will encompass all things SaaS and IoT. We’rereally looking for a strong sales individual who are happy to be out in thefield developing great relationships to ensure exceptional wins and build onexisting customer relationships.
What will you be doing every day?
You will be networking with prospective clients and follow up with regular meetings to begin fostering relationships
You’ll map out your patch, and begin to build exceptional relationships with clientele
You’ll be nurturing our existing portfolio of clients by attending meetings, and ensuring they are happy with their current service, identifying opportunities for up selling
You will be work with multiple functions within our organisation to ensure delivery of services sold

What skills and requirements do you need?
We’re looking for a strong hunter gatherer mentality, someone who is resilient in the field
Your impeccable emotional intelligence will ensure you build strong and lasting client relationshipsOutstanding communication skills with the ability to demonstrate active listening skills
You’ll have a successful and proven track record in sales and upselling, developing new clients.
You’ll ideally have a deep understanding of facilities services in the building sector, and a knowledge of SaaS and IoTWhy you would want this role?
