We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Area Support Manager in Scotland to join our passionate and driven Security team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of security services across a range of client sites within our Scottish portfolio.
We are looking for a suitably qualified person who can startimmediately.
Duties will include
Ensure that the highest level of services is delivered and that we continue to provide an exceptional working relationship with our clients and our site-based security colleagues
Robust planning, resource management skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery
Working closely with local colleagues and regional teams
The successful candidate
Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to thrive in what can be a demanding and fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and maintain a range of systems designed to support our activities and be able to accurately input and manage data in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
The ability to effectively communicate and engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
Communication and interpersonal skills are paramount in helping deliver service excellence to our clients
Desktop IT application experience, including MS Office, Excel, and Word
Ability to work under pressure and to use their own initiative where required
Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders including employees, clients, and Senior Leadership Team
