What you'll be doing

  • End-to-end delivery of high volume internal and external hires.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements, and devising a recruitment strategy to meet those needs.
  • Providing a fantastic candidate experience to everyone, regardless of whether they’re successful in securing a role with us.
  • Sourcing and headhunting using a variety of channels.
  • Writing adverts that bring out the best in the role and are tailored to your audience.
  • Screening and sifting candidates, taking into account their career ambitions and interests.
  • Growing and maintaining a talent pool in a number of key hiring areas.
  • Building awareness in the market of Openreach as an employer, working with our employer brand and recruitment marketing teams.
  • We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • Experience working in-house or RPO.
  • Sourcing and boolean knowledge.
  • Experience managing a large volume of vacancies, with a logical approach to prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication and expectation management skills. Able to push back in the right circumstances, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with your stakeholder groups.
  • Good organisation and reporting skills. Maintaining integrity of our ATS and reports is essential.
  • A willingness to contribute ideas to improve the way we work.
