A Corporate security officer required in Euston London area, responsible for protecting premises, assets and personnel as well as maintaining a secure and safe environment for visitors, staff and contractors.

Position is to maintain a highly visible presence at all times and prevent any illegal or inappropriate actions. In addition to playing an active role in incident response and providing high standard customer service to staff and guests.

Also, ability to be trained on other sites and act as shared resource.

Location : London

Hours : 42hrs p / w (12hr shifts)

Salary : £10.55

Key responsibilities :

  • Project Management / Administration Prepare, cordinate and manage meeting agendas and minutes, workshop delivery, briefing packs and documentation;
  • Ensure the attendees are fully briefed and prepared fr programme meetings & workshops; Organise and manage vice / video conference calls, telephone calls and other enquires as required;
  • Manage the Emergency Operatins Centre (EOC) logistical requirements and battle boxes; Prvide assistance and note taking during the planning phase of interviews and exercise.

  • Crisis Management and Resilience Support Assist with the facilitatin of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans;
  • Assist with the creatin of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Exercises; Assist with preparing materials fr training and workshops.

  • Team Assistant Duties Assist the EMEA Security Team with the delivery f programme and project activities; Deal with ad-
  • hc queries and actions or escalate to the appropriate person as necessary; Priritise daily workload in conjunction with urgent requirements;
  • Prvide logistical and administrative support as required.

    Key skills / experience required :

  • A positive, passionate attitude and enthusiasm to the role
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Excel to collate and analyse data; produce charts and graphs;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word / Outlook / PowerPoint including document formatting and proof reading;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal, non-verbal and written;
  • Must be diplomatic and have the ability to engage and develop relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Must be organised, detail orientated, able to prioritise their workload and deliver to deadlines;
  • Analytical, methodical and logical problem solving skills;
  • Must be able to work under own initiative and independently, making decisions to benefit Wilson James and client;
  • Must possess a positive, proactive and can do attitude;
  • Must be prepared to travel within the EMEA region;
  • Deliver excellent customer service;
  • Essential skills / experience :

  • Valid passport or other document that permits unrestricted travel throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa
  • First Aid at Work certificate
  • SIA Licence
