An exciting opportunity for an IT Support to join a large, progressive, international Company based in Camberley. You will be trained in supporting the whole life-

cycle of all user devices and providing support for desktops, server and network issues. You will work within a small and friendly technical support team, which gives the opportunity to develop broad-

ranging experience and also undertake some IT projects work.


  • Trained to provide technical diagnosis and issue resolution for onsite and remote employees
  • Using your communication skills to take ownership of user problems
  • Hands on experience procuring, issuing, configuring and supporting equipment
  • Accurately recording calls and resolutions on the Company call logging system
  • Delivering administration of the local office network and hosted Windows server, including patching, upgrades and backups
  • Coaching staff on applications and systems
  • Maintenance and administration of IP phone systems and mobile phones
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT Support role
  • Must have supported Microsoft Office and ideally some server issues
  • Experience working with Active Directory desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
