An exciting opportunity for an IT Support to join a large, progressive, international Company based in Camberley. You will be trained in supporting the whole life-
cycle of all user devices and providing support for desktops, server and network issues. You will work within a small and friendly technical support team, which gives the opportunity to develop broad-
ranging experience and also undertake some IT projects work.
Trained to provide technical diagnosis and issue resolution for onsite and remote employees
Using your communication skills to take ownership of user problems
Hands on experience procuring, issuing, configuring and supporting equipment
Accurately recording calls and resolutions on the Company call logging system
Delivering administration of the local office network and hosted Windows server, including patching, upgrades and backups
Coaching staff on applications and systems
Maintenance and administration of IP phone systems and mobile phones
Previous experience in an IT Support role
Must have supported Microsoft Office and ideally some server issues
Experience working with Active Directory desirable
Strong interpersonal skills
