Cantello Taylor Recruitment are working with a global organisation who is looking for a numerate, enthusiastic graduate with 1 year's plus business exposure and looking for their next career move or someone who has previous experience in a sales support / reporting role.
As the Sales and Revenue Operations Coordinator you will be supporting the business globally and working with a great team.
The role will be based working from home with occasional meet ups at their offices in Staines when required.
Sales & Revenue Coordinator responsibilities :
Salesforce Administration to include :
Validation and monitoring of data to ensure accuracy such as weekly monitoring of accounts & Contacts
Management of Sales Operations ticket queue monitoring
Provide ad hoc Reporting as necessary
Production Platform :
Assist Revenue Support Team with day-to-day tasks such as :
Standardization of data
Build relationships with International Business Units and communicate data requests to relevant colleagues.
Gather and collate data from multiple sources.
BI Platform :
Help prep, proof, and provide data in formulation of reporting
Assist in generation of reports as required
Support additional ad hoc operational activities and projects as required.
BA / BS or equivalent is required.
Previous experience administrating CRMs and BI tools preferably SFDC, Tableau, DOMO, a plus (preffered not essential)
High energy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up & high-volume transaction type environment
Strong facilitation and interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Well-organized and attentive to details
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
