Our EMEA business is growing at the speed of light and we’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our thriving and exciting EMEA Marketing team!
In this role, you will help accelerate revenue growth within our existing customer base through the development and management of marketing programmes with a firm goal of monetising the satisfaction, loyalty, and growth of our customers.
You must be comfortable performing a wide variety of tasks and working with multiple systems, teams and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
We need a strategist who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
What you get to do in this role :
Scope, design and execute automated, multi-channel marketing programs that grow customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue within the embedded base
Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify key strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Develop and maintain scalable, end-to-end upsell programs (1 : 1, 1 : few, 1 : many) across sales segments
Drive customer growth by delivering targeted, relevant and timely in life marketing campaigns
Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Operations to build email programs and nurture flows to drive scale
Communicate, educate, and update project health to key stakeholders on results, plans, and strategies
Partner with the analytics team to measure effectiveness and adjust campaign tactics as needed
Qualifications and Skills :
You support what is right for the customer whilst driving a significant financial contribution to the business. You’re comfortable navigating data and measuring success, and have the following skills and experience :
Typically 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally targeting existing customers
Experience in marketing cloud / SaaS products and solutions
Prior experience in Retention Marketing with a track-record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective lifecycle marketing campaigns
Ability to work in a cross-functional role and influence the direction and focus of projects outside your immediate reporting structure
Experience acting as a liaison between sales and marketing teams
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Goals and results-driven. high motivation with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment, ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve
Excellent time management skills
Strong Excel skills
Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) and Salesforce experience
