The role is full-time and permanent. The role : Providing first and second line support to all computer users in the use of the Firm’s hardware and software.
Enhancing users knowledge and improve productivity firm-wide. The Firm offer exceptional training, so this really is an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. Requirements :
Law firm IT helpdesk experience
CompTIA A+ desirable
Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office 2016 products, ideally with a MOS qualification in Word and Excel Salary & Benefits : £35,000
