Expert Litigator

Jensen Hughes are seeking to recruit an experienced expert witness / litigation specialist for their UK and Ireland business.

The candidate should have extensive experience in fire safety design and / or fire investigation. They should have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations requirements for a wide range of building types but particularly residential, offices, hotels and industrial buildings.

They should also have experience of fire safety defects in these type of buildings, including external wall defects and remediation solutions.

They should be qualified to at least MSc level and be either a Chartered Engineer / Chartered Scientist / Chartered Chemist / Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers.

Candidate should have given expert witness evidence in court and arbitrations / adjudications in the UK.
