This role sits within our newly transformed HR function where you will be part of Mondelez Business Services (MBS), supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire (HTR).

This role will provide leadership and direction to the HR Solution Team to deliver workforce administration and employee relations services to Mondelez functions and regions.
Please note, you must be a German speaker.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, coach and manage team members.
Oversee the delivery of Workforce Administration (WFA) accountabilities.
Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the WFA Team for their Area.
Ensure the team delivers service within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and if not, then identify corrective actions to address.
Analyse and improve team performance and capability.
Own and manage SHARP data accuracy and working with the team around continuous improvement.
Take part in service reviews with stakeholders and drive CI plan for the area, and across WFA with other Leads.
Ensure cross MBS ways of working are effective between WFA and other teams.
Forward plan area work with HRBLs / HRMs / Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
Monitor and manage controls and compliance for which WFA are accountable.
Validate the accuracy of F+ updates in SHARP with original request (before downstream interface run).
Lead projects on behalf of WFA / wider Centre, taking full accountability for delivery, reporting and stakeholder management.
Deputise for WFA Region lead as required / when so nominated.
Major Challenges :
Execute regional and local processes while managing geographically diverse teams.
Decision Making Authority :

Key Requirements : Languages :
Fluent English and German, written and spoken.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent is desirable. Skills & Experience :
Experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in workforce administration.
Experience working in a global organisation and / or shared service organisation.
Experience supporting business executives, including decision making, escalating and delegating requests.
Experience with employment law and compliance.
Experience in HR SAP transactions and organisation.
High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage the day-to-day work of people and processes across multiple locations and geographies.
Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload.
Ability to lead and guide a multi-level team.
Excellent problem solving and judgement skills.
Relationship management experience with client-focus.
