The Responsibilities

  • Fully supervise a portfolio of legal practice clients, including a number of audit clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of their accounting / audit and advisory needs
  • Reviewing accounts and audit work, statutory financial reporting and completion work
  • Reviewing SRA Accounts Rules audit work and recommending improvements to clients
  • Supervising work both remotely, in our offices and at client premises, and liaising with clients, including acting as a key point of contact for day to day ad hoc queries and enquiries - there will be a lot of these as we have a very active client base
  • The Person - Skills & Qualifications

  • ACA / CA / ACCA qualified
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible approach
  • Previous experience of working with legal practices would be helpful, but is not essential
