Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £9.
50 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Bookings & Sales team. You will be friendly and organised with a passion for great customer service.
You will assist customers within Falkirk Community Trust venues (indoor and outdoor performances and events; cinema; arts and sport development classes and courses).
This will involve taking enquiries, providing information and selling tickets, face-to-face and via the telephone, as well as providing administration support.
You will work 28 hours per week and will be required to undertake work outside normal office hours including weekends on a regular basis.
This post is temporary until May 2022 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.

It is planned that the services currently provided by Falkirk Community Trust will transfer to Falkirk Council with effect from 1st April 2022.
On that basis, all employees working for the Trust on this date will transfer to the Council in line with Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) legislation.
