This candidate will be responsible for owning HRIS reporting / analytics end to end which includes reporting governance, providing thought leadership on HRIS Reporting capabilities, HR reporting standardisation and driving self-service across NTT Ltd.
The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in partnering with many of the HR COEs on HRIS reporting requirements across Digital Platforms, Total Rewards, Talent Transformation, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : This role is essential in driving a world class a talent analytics function within NTT Ltd.
The role and responsibilities include : HRIS reporting standardisation & self service Driving of standardisation of HR reports globally this will involve continual engagement with various regional reporting stakeholders to understand the requirements and problem solve solutions Review & drive optimization of role-based security model to best enable self service Leadership required around how to enable our leaders, managers, and HR with reports via Self Service Development of a reporting catalogue and ensuring continual updates of the reports that are fit for purpose.
HRIS Thought leadership & Operating Model Drive best practice from HRIS community this will involve understanding what modules we have deployed and being able to take accountability to drive new reporting / analytics features Share reporting best practice and leadership by being apart of the HRIS Community Develop a HR Reporting Community with reporting leaders across NTT Ltd Develop a roadmap process and interlock process with the Digital Platforms COE (involves clear roles and responsibilities) & IT HRIS Reporting Governance Document and drive reporting governance across Data Definitions, Report Sharing & report integrations Partner with the rest of the Talent Analytics COE to agree global reporting definitions.
Ensure reporting governance is adhered to by monitoring and implementing measures HRIS Data Migration & HRIS Migration Project Involvement Be the lead reporting SME for the HRIS Migration Project, this will involve : Report Requirements (review requirements by COEs and Perform Gap analysis across current HRIS vs To be HRIS Document what are the key reports and analytics that we want to move across to the new HRIS.
Successful candidate must be able to explain what functionality the new HRIS can do and how it will be different than the previous HRIS.
Provide support and guidance to regions and teams who are impacted by change in HRIS platform. What will make you a good fit for the role?
Must have Workday Experience and / or SuccessFactors Experience Experience partnering with HR Specialists, Senior HR employees and regional business stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Excel Skills is a must. Demonstrable experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role working with databases, e.
g. Oracle, MySQL, MS. Understand the end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruit Module. Advanced reporting and analytical experience using BI tools e.
g. PowerBI. Solid experience in developing queries and reports based on user requirements. Demonstrated ability to interface with both internal and external business partners and act as a liaison when needed.
Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail; process-oriented. Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to Human Resources departments is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy. Some consulting experience preferred but not essential.
