Responsibilities :

  • Organisational design and development
  • Employee engagement
  • Employee and industrial relations
  • The successful candidate must have experience of working in a Senior HR Generalist role in a similar industry (engineering, construction, manufacturing, consumer services etc) in the UK and have led HR teams.
