You will have strong base knowledge (and a passion for) increasing conversion rates, optimising customer journeys and creating & optimising immersive online & web experiences as well as managing digital acquisition channels to achieve commercial goals.
You’ll have strong technical SEO knowledge and be able to implement changes to drive improvements in rankings and page performance as well as a passion for delving into data, analytics & customer insights.
The successful candidate will be passionate, have strong commercial awareness, be excited by the prospect of driving forward a fast-growing independent business that aims to be a Lovemark brand as well as having a keen understanding of how to drive business profitability through both effective people management and intuitive customer communication.
You will be able to quickly understand the brand, it’s aims and it’s fans to become involved in developing digital strategy.
You will be analytics driven with an inquisitive attitude that drives you to solve problems as you come across them and a can do attitude, happy to get stuck in and lead by example.
I would welcome applicants working at executive level and above, or highly skilled professionals in this field with the potential to take on greater responsibility, with over 5 years’ experience within Ecommerce.
To be successful in this role you will have :
Ultimately responsible for the delivery of B&B's ecommerce digital activity, reporting into and working closely with the Founder and Creative Director to set digital strategy and deliver on key business objectives.
You will be leading a small digital team, getting stuck in to fill gaps, add expertise and develop the team as well as working with members of our wider brand team to ensure we deliver optimised customer experiences.

Please note you must have proven relevant experience in a senior digital position, ideally working with FMCG, B2C or a lovemark product / brand with fast growth.

Salary : Competitive

Hours of work : This is a full-time role.
Place of work : Bird & Blend Tea Co.'s office is in central Brighton. But flexible working, including working from home is possible.
If remote working, you will be required to attend the office regularly for essential meetings / projects.
