The Professional Services Sales Executive is an Enterprise Solution Selling Role.

  • Reporting into the Head of Professional Services Europe, he / she adds value by delivering sustainable new business growth from Enterprise customers;
  • provides thought-leadership and delivers business value to customers.

    We are looking for a very seasoned Sales Executive used to tirelessly hunt and farm accounts across Europe. He / she must have an outstanding capability to create opportunities in both the white space and the existing accounts.

    Should have an existing network across financial services coupled with a track record of overachieving services sales target i.e. above 10m USD.

    We require an excellent networker who has the ability to identify client’s stakeholders (IT and Business) to position our OFSAA products in Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Crime and Compliance Management and services in conjunction with sales and presales.

    This role is selling professional services / implementation for the following products :

    Profile Requirements :

  • Experienced with at least 5+ years of demonstrated Enterprise Selling experience in Financial Services Industry preferably within Analytics, Risk and Compliance
  • Excellent Collaborator. Builds strong relationships and leadership connections to understand customer needs.
  • Challenger. Adept at challenging perspectives with new, innovative ideas that reframes thinking about the value of Oracle solutions.
  • Interpersonal. Very strong presentation, white boarding and communication skills.
  • Sales Orchestrator. Demonstrated leader, orchestrator of sales pursuit teams, internal and with partner to win deals.Performer.
  • Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations.

  • Growth Mindset. Willing to go the extra mile, unlock own potential and the potential of solutions to derive value for customers.
  • Value selling. Very familiar with the latest business value sales methodologies, practices and technologies that drive sales prospecting, sales execution and selling in complex solution selling environments.
  • Has worked in or for the banking and / or professional services industries; understands key challenges of the industries and is able to articulate adequate approach to solving these challenges
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in the core capabilities, value proposition and competitive differentiation of Business Application Solutions.
  • ERP and Business Application Cloud solutions considered a bonus / preferred.

  • In addition to fluent English, fluency or conversation Dutch would be beneficial
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Industry-related discipline.
  • Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

    8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.

    Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.
