Senior PR & Community Executive WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT WITHIN TED'S TEAM? Based in our London headquarters and reporting to the Head of Community, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a wide range of PR activities that deliver the global brand vision for Ted Baker.

In addition to being responsible for the day to day running of the press office, you will contribute to our community strategy by supporting with influencer activity / campaigns, partnerships and brand collaborations.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media
  • Proactively informing press of new collections, launches and collaborations with strategic pitching and gifting initiatives
  • Drafting press releases to support new collections, brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Supporting the delivery of each seasonal look book shoot, taking responsibility for the delivery of key elements as appropriate
  • Planning and executing seasonal press events
  • Evaluating press coverage against commercial and communications objectives
  • INFLUENCER AND COMMUNITY

  • Helping to identify and build relationships with brand appropriate influencers, talent and partners
  • Supporting in the planning and delivery of VIP, Celebrity, Digital PR, Influencer and Talent Management strategies
  • Event planning and coordination for influencers and talent
  • Evaluating influencer marketing campaigns, partnerships and collaborations against KPIs
  • GENERAL

  • Point of contact for internal customer teams in UK and North America on a day to day basis
  • Liaising with additional PR agencies representing our brand as required
  • Managing PR & Admin Assistant role
  • TOOLS OF THE TRADE

  • Experience working in an editorial environment and / or in a fashion PR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copy writing
  • Established contacts in the fashion / lifestyle industry
  • Robust knowledge of social media platforms and an interest in keeping up to date with changing social media trends
  • Proven budget and project management skills
  • Sound working knowledge of IT packages - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of LaunchMetrics preferred
