Location : Various locations within Burnham-on-Sea and Berrow.

The role :
Provide the highest quality of Support, ensuring every individual can achieve and exceed their personal outcomes.
Promote individuals' independence by supporting with a wide range of educational, social, and work-based activities in line with personal plans both within the service and in the community.
Provide assistance and support with personal care and domestic tasks as and when necessary.
Work Collaboratively with individuals, families, and external partner organisations to ensure that support is personalised to meet individual needs.
Proactively safeguard and protect the individuals and ensure the safety and well-being of all the individuals we support.

Driving Licence is preferable for this role , although we will consider those who do not drive but can get to the locations via public transport.
Qualifications and knowledge :
QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
Experience would be advantageous.
Experience with Dementia, Nursing, Elderly Care, challenging behaviour, and Mental Health would be an advantage.
