Our customer service team play an important part in ensuring our customers have a brilliant experience. We provide a multichannel, digitally led service and work hard to ensure all of our customer touch points reflect our brand and its' values!

What you'll do :

  • Work as part of a high performing team responsible for delivering an operational improvement strategy to drive performance and support an effortless customer experience
  • Own specific parts of the plan. Test new ideas, technology, and ways of working with clear business and customer measures, making sure that every project delivers maximum impact and ensures we're fit for the future.
  • Understand and proactively monitor the end to end customer journey. Work in an agile way to make continuous improvements that will serve the NOW TV customer of today and tomorrow.
  • Telling our end to end story, ensuring all time invested in initiatives are measurable and deliver associated benefit.
  • Set up partner network (outsourced partners, Sky, Global OTT, External Companies) to share insights that help to build an improvement culture that is scalable & sustainable within all our teams.
  • What you'll bring :

  • Experience in working as part of a team to drive improved performance within a customer facing function.
  • Experience using data to improve business practices.
  • Strong ability interpreting, communicating, and presenting analytics and to senior leadership
  • Ability to motivate and influence teams.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations.
