Our UK headquarters is based in Worcester where all the main functions of the business are located including the manufacturing of gas boilers. We have a further site in Clay Cross Derbyshire where our oil boilers are manufactured.

Job Description

  • Creation of test plans and Gantt charts
  • Carry out Electrical Endurance testing, analysis of results & and compilation of test reports
  • Design and development of Electronic and Mechanical test rigs
  • Participate in FMEA's and DRBFM's either as part of team or as a co-ordinator
  • Analysis of load, stress and Weibull calculations through six sigma tools (DfR) for input into design and/or testing
  • Analytical approach to problem solving using 8D, Ishikawa, mind map, 5 why

  • Qualifications

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Electronic biased)
  • Good knowledge of Electrical Safety Directives (LDV, EMC, IEC protection classes, IP codes, ISO,BS, EN)
  • Background of Electrical/Electronic testing, analysis & design
  • Six sigma, data analysis
  • Proven track record of problem solving tools and techniques
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills to work across multi-disciplined teams locally and international locations
  • Good knowledge of statistical techniques and quality principles
