Leveraged Finance Associate
Areas of focus
We are looking for an associate to join the Leveraged Finance team in our London office.
The ideal candidates will have three or more years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) playing an important client-facing role on a range of transactions and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills.
You will have general exposure to leveraged finance work, private credit, private equity backed buyouts, public bids, corporate M&A, refinancings and recapitalizations.
This is to be backed up with outstanding technical skills and a confident, can-do attitude. This role will be well-suited to a motivated candidate who is keen to build relationships and develop business.
