About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Executive, with excellent customer service skills, to join us as we expand our innovative online courses business.
You will play a critical role in our small, energetic team, working directly with prospective students and their parents, guiding them through the entire admissions process, for which you will have sole responsibility.
Your day-to-day life will be wide, varied and challenging. A critical task will be acting as the first point of contact for students and their parents, many of whom will be from overseas.
Excellent customer service, administration and coordination skills are a must. No previous admissions experience is necessary.
Outside-the-box thinkers are most welcome.
While most of your time will be spent with the team in our London office, there will be the option to work from home.
assessing completed application forms and letters of reference; coordinating tests and interviews; and, sending acceptance letters to successful applicants.
Liaising with our friendly student recruitment partners.
Creating and managing a database of the applicants.
Coordinating open evenings, for prospective students, with the marketing team.
Coordinating student recruitment roadshows with the marketing team.
Thinking about how to improve the admissions process for students / parents.
