Responsibilities include :
Responsible to assist the Group General operations manager and help implement and oversee the initial opening operation adhering to UK standards
Assist with charge recruitment, team training & development (HR procedures)
Stock management : purchasing, wastage control, supplier liaison
Staff Rotas and managing labour effectively
Daily cashing up
Due Diligence : Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Records & Procedures
About you :
Previous experience at management level required to work in this high end Artisan speciality bakery / cafe brand.
The focus will be on offering excellent and efficent customer service within a fast paced casual dining and retail outlet within a very exciting and innovate new to the London market brand.
You will have worked within a comparable quality bakery / cafe retail recognised brand operation / (opening experience a distinct advantage)
Strong all round skill set man management, leadership, organisation, communication, attention to detail
Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service
Business acumen finance aware, target driven / sales driven, forecasting / with the ability to implement and follow effective working systems and processes
Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role
