MMP Consultancy are working with an organisation based in North West London to recruit a Gas Administrator to work on a temporary contract.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals, who have previous experience of coordinating Gas Safety programmes. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, contractors and other housing services staff to ensure maintenance of key records on the company database.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate work associated with the annual gas servicing programme for access to all properties and in particular the difficult to access properties
Ensure 100% reporting is met each month
Liaise with customers, contractors, housing and council services staff and solicitors in carrying out responsibilities to ensure access into customers’ homes for the annual gas safety checks
Support Contracts Manager to maintain and keep up to date the gas servicing records, contractor liaison and formal contract meetings as and when directed
Compile and report on gas compliance statistics at the direction of the Contracts Manager
Skills Required :
Experience of undertaking an Administration role for either a housing provider, local authority or contractor
Previous experience of coordinating M&E servicing, maintenance and installation contracts
Proficient ability in using Microsoft Office and in-house IT systems
Strong excel skills
