    As our ideal Internal Sales Representative, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar Sales environment. You will also :

  • Possess good communication skills and be numerate
  • Passionate about excellent customer service
  • Be a good team player
  • What will I be responsible for?

    Reporting in to our Internal Sales Manager, the successful Internal Sales Representative, will be responsible for supporting the Territory Managers deliver our set Targets for our plants

    You will also take responsibility for :

  • Support, Develop and implement customer account plans
  • Exceed customer satisfaction measures with emphasis on managed accounts
  • Manage own call quality in line with call guides
  • Execute internal processes by ensuring consistent use and application of sales tools as provided
  • To assist with Account Growth including volume and profitability
  • Work with the Customer Feedback systems to aid customer retention; suggest improvements when necessary
  • Work towards the strategy and goals to be achieved ensuring departmental policy and processes are followed
