The Technology Solutions Consultant consults and delivers support and solutions to a defined set of clients within the region.
Primarily responsible for setup and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technology for new and existing clients.
Cielo uses many different ATS systems, so mastery of multiple systems is necessary.
Participate in new client launches, ensuring alignment of process and technology including process mapping, system setup and testing, and interfacing with teams and clients to ensure smooth launch through the support of recruitment technology.
Creatively participate in continuous improvement and implementation projects to infuse technology enabled solutions.
Lead clients with optimization projects in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
Participate in and lead existing client demonstrations and leverage technology to enhance processes, leading or participating in technology implementations with existing and new clients.
Operate as a resource for integrations, executing data mapping, project management and other duties to complete projects.
Optimize and support teams on use of SkyRecruit, Cielo’s exclusive technology platform for CRM with opportunity to participate in roadmap development and optimization.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Must have 4+ years of results-oriented experience in implementing or optimizing talent acquisition systems, solutions, process improvements and analytics.

Expertise in one or more Applicant Tracking Systems :
Good interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Understanding of the recruitment process.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Internet and other related software.
